My name is Diane and welcome to Obsesion – quality dance shoes and now the leading Latin heel provider in Melbourne, Australia.

As a mother of three and a full-time dance teacher, I live and breathe dance and all the excitement that comes along with it. I started my own dance journey when I was 4 years old, training in ballet, jazz and tap and it wasn’t until I was in my late teens that I discovered salsa and bachata and since then, I haven’t stopped.

Obsesion was established five years ago after years of trying to find appropriate places to buy good quality, dance heels. My first pair of heels were too large - even though they were bought in-store from a general dance store after a ‘personalised’ fitting, and my second pair, bought online, were too small.

 It was from these failed personal experiences that I realised I wanted to create a service and product offering that is dedicated to Latin dancers - with good quality products and expert fittings.
