Heel Shield

 Instructions:

Upon getting the heel cap, you will notice that it much smaller than your existing heel.

Avoid trying to push it in and follow these guidelines.

• Warm up the heel cap with a hair dryer.
• Put it on a medium-high temperature on low pressure for 30-60sec.
• It will become very pliable and will slip into the heel.

The heel shield isn’t designed to be taken off, but in the event that you need to repeat the same process.

Be careful when touching the heel shield during this process as the cap can get very warm.
